When the unforeseen happens, our team is here to help when you need it most. If you need to lodge a claim please call our team on 0800 50 51 52 during business hours 8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Alternatively, you can complete a claim form and email this to our team.

Aon is no longer issuing new Injury & Illness policies effective 15th November 2024. In the meantime, we will continue to look after existing customers with an Injury & Illness policy.  The product will be decommissioned for any renewals on or after 31st May 2025.

What happens next?
When your claim form is received, we will:
  • Acknowledge we have received your claim
  • Liaise with the insurer to ensure your claim is lodged 
  • A claims handler will then be in touch with your claim number and personal guidance on your claim's next steps.

Always remember: do what you can to prevent further damage but take photos and gather other evidence first, particularly before you throw anything away. Don't admit liability or enter into a settlement agreement before first calling us.
